Description
A work for Piano Four Hands. The work suggests a kind of sonic landscape through an urban neighborhood in San Juan, Puerto Rico called Santurce. It also pays homage to “Salsa” music, not only in the title of the piece but in the various riffs, vamps and the final montuño motive employed.
